SMS and mobile messaging
If you opt in to receive marketing text messages from NON, we may send promotional messages, offers and cart reminders to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. We use your mobile number and related consent information to operate the programme and may share it with service providers only as needed to deliver these messages. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or consent or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How we know when to send a cart reminder
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep track of the items you add to your cart, including when you leave the Site without completing your order. Where you have opted in to marketing messages, we use this information to decide when to send you a cart reminder by email or text message. You can control cookies through your browser settings, as described in the Personal information we collect section above.
You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the message, or by emailing cheers@non.world. Our text messages are sent from a sender ID that cannot receive replies, so replying to a message, including replying STOP, will not reach us and will not unsubscribe you. We will action valid unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law. Your choices for email and SMS are separate. Unsubscribing from one channel does not automatically unsubscribe you from the other.
