SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom - Free Shipping on orders over GBP$60
We are happy to offer free shipping UK-wide on all orders over GBP$60.
Free shipping orders are processed through a third-party courier service and should arrive within 7-14 working days*.

United Kingdom - Shipping rates on orders under GBP$60
We offer a flat shipping rate on all orders under  GBP$60 based on the country of receipt.
These orders should arrive within 7-14 working days*.

United Kingdom - Express Shipping
If you require your package by a certain date, we recommend choosing the express shipping option.

*Please note these timings are a guide only, listed here for the convenience of our customers. Your delivery may arrive outside of these timeframes and delays may occur due to events beyond our control (ie. Christmas shopping periods, pandemic-related restrictions, or severe weather).


CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Email us at cheers@non.world with your details including your order number and updated address. The more information you give us, the sooner we can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change Address' in the subject line.


We cannot guarantee that this will be possible as your order may already have been dispatched. So please be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received this email, please contact cheers@non.world.


STOCK AVAILABILITY
Though we work hard to maintain accurate stock levels, from time to time we may not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will send you the available products, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please see our returns policy below for options once the package arrives.


DAMAGED ITEMS
We understand that sometimes items can get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please email us at cheers@non.world within 3 days, detailing your order number and including colour images showing the damaged item/s. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. As our products are fragile, please make sure to ship the bottles with sufficient packaging to ensure they do not break in transit.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
