NON1 At Home Summer Recipe: By Charley Snadden-Wilson of Moon

•  2 Large Heirloom Tomatoes 
•  1 Burrata
•  10 g Chamomile Tea 
•  400 ml White Vinegar
•  3 Macadamia Nuts
•  10 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•  Salt and pepper to taste. 

To make vinegar
Heat vinegar, pour over chamomile. Cover and allow to infuse until cold. Place in a spray bottle. 

To plate 
In a large natural irregular chop, cut your tomatoes. Place in a large bowl. Season liberally with salt, vinegar, pepper and olive oil. Place around the burrata, and season with the grated macadamia. Eat immediately with crusty bread and a glass of NON1 - Salted Raspberry & Chamomile.
